Joseba Azkarraga Etxagibel has a PhD in Sociology. After spending many years at Mondragon University, he is currently a lecturer and researcher at the Department of Sociology and Social Work at the University of the Basque Country. His main area of interest is ecosocial transition and post-growth society, and mainly the subjectivity and psychocultural aspects related to them (as well as other aspects: food sovereignty, community resilience, ecosocial policies, or the social-solidarity economy).
